Join our team of authors

We have a great team of contributing writers from across the industry. If you would like to share your expert knowledge with our members you can write an article on your chosen subject for us. We’ll give you full credit of course, along with a link to your website, if you have one, and your very own contributor’s profile.

Share your past auction sales information

Our Worthopedia holds historical price details for almost 100 million (and counting) antique and collectable items from auction houses all over the UK, Ireland and the US. By providing your past sales information you will be included in the biggest price guide for this market on the web. Not only do our members use the Worthopedia to research prices for their own antiques and collectables but we’ve found they also use it to help decide which auction house is best suited to their needs should they need to sell anything.

Become a Worthologist

We are always on the look out for new Worthologists to join our team. We take pride in the fact that our Worthologists have been carefully selected and are the best in their field. We look for people who have professional or personal interests in selected areas of antiques and collectables. You should have experience in the industry and be aware of current market prices and trends. We’re building what we hope will become a useful and comprehensive business directory for the UK and Irish antiques and collectables industry. It includes all kinds of businesses from your local antique dealer to a shipping company that knows just how to handle your precious collectables when in transit. Our articles and content are organised into categories, and each category has a landing page (see our Silver page). Guide Sponsorship

The WorthPoint Guides deal with a huge variety of topics, aiming to make the world of antiques and collectables accessible to everyone, from the beginner to the expert. They are designed to compliment other areas of the site, and give our users an insight into collecting and dealing.

We are always looking to build our library of Guides and this provides the opportunity for businesses to sponsor an existing guide or the creation of a new one that is relevant to their target market. For example, our members’ collections are their most prized possessions, it’s important to know how best to care, preserve and protect them. In this case, an insurance broker might be best placed to advise what is important to consider when looking to insure an important antique or a collection of rare items.
